I am on L1B and my spouse is on L2 visa which is valid till June 2019. My i94 is getting expired in Aug 2018 and my wife's i94 and EAD is getting expired in May 2018. My employer will be requesting for i94 extension only 6 months in advance (so somewhere in Fed end or early March). As my spouse's EAD is going to expire soon, she needs to extend i94 and EAD sooner.
My questions are:
1) If my spouse request for i94 extension before my i94 is extended, will she get the extension only till my i94 expiry date?
2) Can my spouse request for i94 extension and EAD extension together? or does she need to wait for the i94 extension to be approved first?
