Hi All,
I am looking for some serious inputs here. I applied my L2 EAD extension based on my husband's visa which is valid till April 5th 2018. My first EAD was valid from Jan 19th 2016 to Jan 18th 2018. So I applied for extension as below:
Application mailed:Oct 27th 2017
Application received by USCIS: Nov 3rd 2017
Application received in mail by me: Nov 6th 2017 with receipt number.
First SR raised after 75 days: Jan 17th 2018
Its been 82 days now and it still shows that case was received. Now my husband is applying his L2 visa extension from his company and his company is happy to file my EAD as well beyond 5th April 2018. My current EAD application is still pending with USCIS. Should I go ahead and file another application with USCIS? I have to pay the money. My husband's company will send the application along with premium visa filing so it may get expedited.
Does it impact my current application? Please help! I anyways lost my job at the moment.
