H1B to L2 fallback possible?

Hi all,
Currently I am on L2 visa and working with L2 EAD. Visa for both - myself and my spouse - are valid until November 2019.

My current employer is going to get my H1B visa processed.

I have the following questions in this regard please:

1. Once my H1B is approved, what happens to my existing L2 visa? Does it become "inactive" or "null and void"?

2. Am I supposed to renew my L2 visa with my spouse's L1A renewal in November 2019 even if I am on H1B?

3. What is the procedure to reinstate L2 visa (i.e., conversion process back again to L2), if:
a. H1B is no more valid due to job termination before November 2019
b. H1B is no more valid due to job termination/H1B expiry after November 2019

You can carry multiple non-immigrant visas at one time, so both can be valid till their expiry date.

2. Am I supposed to renew my L2 visa with my spouse's L1A renewal in November 2019 even if I am on H1B?

If you want to use L2 in future, better to keep it up-to-date. But if you are not planning to leave US, you can file COS without need of physical visa on your passport.

3. What is the procedure to reinstate L2 visa (i.e., conversion process back again to L2), if:

b. H1B is no more valid due to job termination/H1B expiry after November 2019
