in US on L1B and visitor visa or L2, which is best to bring wife and kids.

hi,
I am in US on L1B visa for past 2 months. I would like to bring my wife and kids for 2 months during their summer vacation. which type of visa, visitor or L2 would be best for them? which has more possibility to get approved. thanks
