L2 EAD documents required Post rules changed in 2018

All,

Can some one please guide me what are the mandatory documents required to process the L2- EAD as per new rules in 2018

I am on L1B Visa and in USA having I-94 and SSN done.

My Wife is having L2 Visa but did not travelled US so far .

So I can file the L2- EAD on her behalf as she has not travelled US and in India currently ?

I heard there are some rules have been changed in 2018 and now I can file that , Please need your suggestion

Also what are required documents to file the L2- EAD.

No. She needs to enter the US with the L2 visa to have L2 status. Only with L2 status can she apply for an L2 EAD.
