Hi,
I am currently on L1-B visa and my employer had already applied for H1B for this year and if it gets picked then i will be on H1B from this October on wards. I am interested in doing my Ph.D in computer science in the USA starting from this fall season (if i get the admission)
Based on the threads that i read in this forum says that i can study on L1 / H1 VISA (part / full time) as long as i maintain full time work status which is fine but
1. What are the next steps that i need to do in order to approach the university.
2. Also looking for the next steps to do once converted to H1B VISA.
Any response on above questions would be highly appreciated.
