Is it a violation of L1B, if I live outside US and don't pay taxes in the US?

Hello,

I am supposed to leave US for project work in Asia while my L1B is active -until Jun-2019. And I don't see myself coming back either before Jun-2019
Now, is it a violation of Visa terms, if I move my payroll and taxes back to home country- India, before the visa term ends?
I need not pay income and SS/medicare taxes to the US while I am not in the US.

You are not in L1b status if you are not in the US -- you don't have status when outside of the US. So you cannot "violate" terms of a status you don't have.

Whether you have to pay US taxes is a separate issue of tax law.
