L2 Visa & travelling policy after EAD applied

Hi Vashistha,

My husband is in US with L1 visa & I will be travelling with L2 visa .. Will I be eligible to work for my employer there ?

Or If go there & apply for EAD, do I have stay to the period of its arrival or I can travel back to my country ? What is the expected time to get the EAD approved ?

Yes, you are eligible to work after getting your EAD.

Stay not needed, you can travel back. Now a days EAD is taking somewhere around 4 months.

What are the rejection ratios of EAD ?

I am already working in India .. I just want permission to support my employer to the period I am there . Is EAD enough in that case .. will I get EAD approved easily ?

What are the rejection ratios of EAD ?

I haven't seen any EAD rejection based on luck, if you provide all documents clearly - you'll get approval easily.
