L1 -> L2 change of status

Hi all,
Could you please help me with some questions re L1->L2 CoS.

My wife and i are both on L1 visas now (both visas expires May 2019, but i-129s are unitl May 2020), but she wants to stop working and switch to L2 without leaving USA.
1) What is approx processing time of L1->L2change of status - therefore how long does she need to maintain L1 status.
2) Is it possible to predict which USCIS service center our case will come to? As i understand they may have different procesing times.
3) Will she get new i-129? will it be until May 2020 as mine?

You can apply for COS & as soon as you've your receipt number, she can stop working.

2) Is it possible to predict which USCIS service center our case will come to? As i understand they may have different procesing times.

Not 100% sure, but it is based on your state of residence.

3) Will she get new i-129? will it be until May 2020 as mine?

No, since she is not leaving the country, it will be just COS only.
