Talk with your attorney, he'll need to prepare a case for you & then file for extension.

you need to provide all the documents again, which you have provided while applying for visa. I heard USCIS treats everything as a new visa.. recently one of my friend applied for extension(his visa is L1 indvidual), he provided all the docs. My case is amendment(L1 individual) i have also provided all the docs.

Also you can check with your attorney.

I have been asked to provide list of trainings.. is 1 training document sufficient which includes technical and on-the-job trainings?

Yes, they have provided a list of docs required.. just wanted to confirm if 1 training document is sufficient which includes both Technical trainings and on-the-job trainings?

Yes it would be fine, but try to provide more details on the product or tool training which you have mentioned as specialized knowledge. for your visa..
