Recommended Documentations needed for L1B Individual

Hi Team,
Please advise what are the recommended documentations needed for applying L1B Individual Visa. In case you have a L1B Blanket Rejection about 7-8 months back, could it be possible to provide details on specialization in different set of tools from what have been furnished in L1B Blanket application. There is one specific question that why the specialized knowledge/skill required at onsite. Please explain whether the specialization means expertize in IP(Intellectual Property right) on the tools. It is mentioned to produce enough number of evidences on specialization. Please explain what would be documents(Training Certificate is one example) which can be shown as evidences.
Does US Consulate has a list of technology and tools which they do not consider as special here.
The Process of L1B Blanket interview is not a structured one and often leaves enough ambiguity as to what is the cause of rejection
Any help from recent experience will be great
