L1A receipt notice in EAD renewal application

I applied for L2 EAD renewal on Feb3-2019 based on receipt notice but got an RFE on 4April2019. I am waiting for the mail

In the RFE, they have asked for L1A and L2 approved petition by June 30 . Even though there are 2 months time, if the approval of L1A and L2 doesnt come by then, will they reject my EAD application? Can I re apply again ? What are the consequences? If I reapply after I get the L1A,L2 approved petition, what is the timeline to get the EAD renewal?

My L1A and L2 was applied on Jan28 at Texas Service Center..till date on update only case was received
In the USCIS website, the processing time is also not showing for I129 for Texas Service Center

Hi,
I am on the same boat as yours. My EAD will be expiring tomorrow i.e; 04/13. I have applied for my EAD renewal on 01/07 based on L1 and L2 receipt notices.
Can you please let me know if your EAD was at the same texas service center as your L1 and L2.

My EAD renewal went to Vermont but my L1A and L2 went to Texas.

My EAD application was sent to csc and it was transferred to Texas service center after 75 days, where L1A and L2 are being processed. Right now all the applications are at the same service center.
I am hoping to receive the approval without an RFE. Will keep you posted.

No idea..they have given a deadline of June30 to respond and I have not received any update from Texas SVC for my L1 and L2 ,the case is still showing received after 4 months
