L1A Individual Visa Stamping

Hello All,

I am currently working in the US, and had my visa (via L1A individual) valid until 03/20/2019

For extension I applied and obtained an approved L1A individual petition valid until March 2021. I applied under premium processing and obtained it on 01/20/2019.

The subsequent events are:
1. Applied for Visa stamping, and qualified for Drop-Box option
2. Dropped my documents on 02/12 around ~1:00pm at Delhi, VFS office
3. Visa status on CEAC website on 02/13 around ~3:00pm was Received
4. Visa status on CEAC website on 02/14 was Administrative Processing
5. Visa status on CEAC website on 02/15 at ~11:00am was Issued
6. Visa status on CEAC website on 02/15 at ~2:00pm and till date 02/16 is reverted to Administrative Processing

What is going on here, can any one educate me as to why the status retrograded?

Somehow their system is not up-to-date or live ... it shows "Administrative Processing" by default :P.
