How much time do we have to respond to an RFE on L1A? Does the time start on the day the petition goes to RFE state or from the date we receive the copy by mail?

You have 90 days to have your response reach back to USCIS, from the date the RFE was issued.

It would have been stated in the RFE document itself, in my case it is mentioned like this in the letter "Your response must be received in this office by 09 May 2019"

Even i got the RFE for my case on Feb 13th,and RFE document is 9 Page document and he ask me to proof i am manager in both US and India, they need subordinates paystubs, degree certificate and Resume

I can able to get these info in us, the problem for me here india subordinates , they almost left and not able to get the documents.Not sure how to handle it

Almost same as urs.They need information on a letter that is signed by authorized person in India.Your company should be able to get the info.

i also got the exact same RFE and in the same boat, all my team members are already left the organization and only left with few, going to mix the current team member in offshore along with old team member and submit the documents.
