change of status H1 to L2 and EAD Validation

I was having L2 status and also got EAD. Then I applied for Change of Status to H1 Visa and my H1 has been approved.
So my current status is H1.

Now I don 't want to work on H1 and want to Change my Status to L2 again.

If I get my status changed to L2 again wheather my earlier EAD is valid or do I need to apply for EAD again?

what is the problem in working in H1 u will get more salary.So far i know once ur status change if u r not working in H1 u will be out of status.but in L2 it does not necessary to work always.For ur new approved L2 u need another work permit.

I dnno answer for your question but i need help on EAD. I had submitted EAD through online and got receipt number. Along they have given link for list docs need to be submitted. But link not at all openning. Can you please me what i need to do next.
