L2 VISA Processing without Marrige certificate.

Hi guys,

When I was in india. We didn't take our marrige certificate. Now I am in USA.I am planing to bring my wife and daughter to US. I sent all Deputation letter ,VISA and I-94 proto copy to wife. Marrige register is telling that my both Husband and Wife is required to register marrige. Please help us is any other legal entity (any othere way) can I approach to get my Marrige certificate.

---- How can you register a marriage without the presence of both the concerned parties (presumably husband and wife) who intend getting married (as on this day that is the norm/regulation/rule). If this changes we all can go by that. Try and take some time to present yourself for the registration of your own marriage. In fact you should have registered your marriage the day you got married.

For me it worked out without marriage certificate. I brought Affidavit for Lawyer. We submitted that affidavit to counciller. It worked for me. I you try this. Good luck..
