Hi,
I was given a query sheet ( section 221G Additional administration processing), when i attended for my L1B Visa on 25th Feb 2006. I waited till August 2006 for their response. But i didnt get any response from US Consulate abt my query. After that i have swifted to other company. If i apply for an H1 visa, wil they ask any questions related to Old L1B queries??? Should i assume that my old L1b was denied??
