L2 - Issues to Work

Hi,

I have a valid L2 Visa. I was working for a company in India. I came here on a long leave from my company. My visa is processed by my husband's company. Will there be any problem if i still work for my company from here(U.S.)?

I'm already in U.S. Will it make any difference while returning to India?

Can anyone advice?

Do you want work for Indian company from US office location or
Do you want work for Indian company remotely from your home?

Hi,

I would like to work for the Indian Company from home. I have filed the I-765 now. Will it be a problem if my Indian Comapany files for a L1. Is it possible to have both L1 and L2 with EAD?
