Please Help L1 Blanket Fees

Hello,

I am scheduled to do an interview at the embassy, going on a L1 Blanket. I am a bit confused about 1 thing. Does my petitioner pay the 500USD Fraud and Detection Fee or do I ahve to pay this personaly when I go the the US Consulate for an interview.
