I Have A Uscis Approved L1a Individual Visa Petition But Unfortunately My Interviewing Consul Gave Me A Green 221 (g) Slip Telling Me That My Visa Application Will Undergo Further Administrative Processing And They Will Contact Me Later. Do You Have Any Idea How Long Usually It Takes To Finish This Process??? Can The Consul Overturned My Approved Petition As If She Is Doubting My Petitioner's Capability To Hire Me?
I Thought An Approved L1 Individual Is A Prima Facie Evidence That The Petitioner And The Beneficiary Has Met The Requirements For L1 Status Hence I'm "disturbed" By The Actuation Of My Interviewing Consul And To Think That My Employer Applied Premium Processing As To Hasten My Departure And Start Managing Their Company.
