Minimum stay for L1

Hello, can anyone let me know if there is a minimum days that an L1 holder should stay in US? Also, the maximum days that he can be out of US?

Required?

L1 is a company tranfer. It's like a football where the employee can be kicked around between US and the country of origin as the company requires.

No basic requirements.
