URGENT: L2 visa expiration, Need HELP..

My wife has L2 visa that is going to expire next month. And My L1 visa has expiration date of feb 2008. We both are in India right now. We are planning to go back to US next week. I don't have sufficient time or efforts to process/extend her visa. My question is-

# Can she enter in US along with me inspite of having her visa validity excatly/less than 1 month?
# What types of problems/complications can occur on Immigration part in US while entering, if allowed?
# Can she stay in US with me till my visa expiration without having had her visa extended or processed even?

Plz note that- SHE'LL BE TRAVELLING WITH ME.
Plz Be quick in response. Time is of great importance to me in this matter.

as long as her visa is valid when she is entering the country she will be fine, since she is traveling with you then if u present you I-797 then she should get I-94 till expiry of I-797.
But make sure because if it expires earlier then you will need to file for extension
