Hi,
I was in the US on L1B (from Jan 2004 to Sep 2006) and L1B extension from Oct 2006 to Dec 2006. So I was having a I94 for my L1B. And in the meantime, I applied for H1B and got the approval and petition too. It was also having another I-94. I left the US in Dec 2006 and currently in my home country. While leaving the US, I returned the I-94 with L1B and I did not return the H1B I-94. Now I got my H1B visa stamped and would like to enter US again (I'll be having more than 1 year stay in my home country, by the time I travel to the US ). Before entering the US, I want to return the I-94 (to USCIS thru postal mail) to avoid any immigration issues.
Please advise if there is going to be a problem if I send it now.
And also I got stamped my H1B on 12th January 2007 and I would like to travel to the US in Feb or March 2008. Would that be a problem.
Please advise. Thanks in advance
Thanks
Srujana
