I want to process my L2 and I have gone through the Q's and A's in your Website but I still have a couple of Q's:

1. Can I enter USA when my LI spouse is out of USA (back on Official Work)?

2. After I enter USA can I stay in USA if my L1 spouse leaves temporarily and I get a job in USA ?

3. Will my L2 status be valid if VISA is still valid and my L1 spouse is in India?

Being an dependent u can stay in USA for max 1 month in absence of ur spouse holding L1. Getting EAD doesnt help . its beter to go H1 .
