    New L1 validity

    Hi

    I was in US on H1B from Oct2004 till 15Feb2007 with my current employer. I came back to India and now my employer has filed new L1B for 3 yr.I have to travel back to US on 10Feb2008.
    I need to know how much time I can stay in US. Is it whole 5 yr starting 11Feb2008 or it will deduct my past US stay period.
