I have few questions/concerns related to my wife's I-94 validity. I would highly appreciate if you can clarify these. Pls. let me know if you need any additional information.
Here are few details of interest. We both came to USA on May 15,2003.
Self details: Visa status is L1.
I-94 is valid until June 8, 2005 .
Visa valid until April 30, 2004
Spouse Details: Visa status is L2.
I-94 is valid until June 8, 2003.
Visa valid until April 30, 2004
Here are few questions on which I would like to get clarification
We have not noticed until last week that my wife's I-94 was expired 8 months back. Since, date of I-94 expiry is same for both (Year is different) , I didn't pay attention to year at port of entry. Apparently it expired with in 20 days from issuing date. Is she legal resident as I-94 expired 8 months back? What is her current status?
She is planning to go India in Mar'2004. Do you anticipate any problems while coming back?
What do you suggest to address this issue?
