L2 Visa

Hi ,

I am working in US in L1 Visa and my husband is coming shortly to US in L1 Visa and can I apply for L2 Visa and if so could I have my L1 Visa too with me? Would the L1 Visa get expired as soon as I get my L2 Visa?

And let me know the procedures to apply for L2 Visa...Do I need to approch a lawyer for this?

EAD for L2 Visa

Hey all,
I have my L2 Visa, and now have to apply for my EAD...
I'm not going back to the US for another 4 weeks, and from what I've seen I HAVE TO be in the US to apply for the EAD. Is this right?
Seems silly I can't do it from the UK, especially as I have an address in the US already....
