I am about to apply for a L1 visa as my work is taking me to North Carolina, my work will complete the process and ensure my family have a L2 visa (including my husband). However my husband has 1 criminal record for breaking a data protection law (very small but still it is a record), can you advise if this would jeopardize the visas?
