    L1A Blanket from USA

    Hi,
    I had applied for my L1B to L1A Conversion while I am in USA.
    Mean while my VISA and I-94 are expired. Now I want to go to India
    on some personal work. Can I get my L1A Blanket processed in USA and go to India for getting VISA stamped at CHennai consulate or should I have to go to India and only then I have to apply for a fresh VISA?
