L2 visa urgent

Hi

My husband got L1 visa for US. My marriage certificate is laminated so will it cause a problem during visa interview?
And also Name on passport is before marriage. So if i would like to work in US and applied for EAD then shall i need to change the name on my passport?

if you plan to keep the maiden name then thre is no need to change the name, but if you plan on changing names later better get a new passport now and proceed as it will cause major problems later to change names.

Lamination is not a problem.
