Hi I have L1 visa. I went to US and i stayed there from Dec 2006 to Dec 2007. I applied for H1B. I got the aproval. I am in India now. I didn't do H1B stamping. Now i have an opputnity to go back to US on L1. Is it possible for me to go on L1 with H1 not stamped? How long can i keep the H1 without stamping?
