urgent L2 visa

My husband is holding L1 visa, His company is not helping in filing L2
Is it possible o apply L2 on our own. as my husband is leaving to US by 12th, please help me to know what are the documents that i require to apply for L2
Please help urgently

You can apply for L2 based on your husband's L1. You don't need any approval from the company sponsoring L1.
