Job change on L1

I am working L1 visa, can I change job having L1 Visa? I have not filed for H1, is it possible I still work on L1 by changing my job? Please suggest..

L1 is intra-company transfer. You CANNOT change employer on L1.
But, you can change project with the SAME employer.

Do you know the basic restriction of an L visa? An "L1 101" reading over the weekend will be helpful to you.
