LI 140 pending.

i m on L1 since last seven yrs,its going 2 expire on oct2008.my I 140 is not approved,I485 application is pending.my I140is pending since more than 365 days.can i get another extension.and what are the rules if my I 140 is pending more than 365 days.

I don't think an extension of L1 is possible. However, you can switch to EAD and continue working on EAD as you have a 485 pending.
