L2 Visa Question.. Pls reply

Hi

I am on L1 visa ins US and wud be going for a court marraige in India
without the consent of my parents. I want to bring my wife to US on L2
after marriage.

Will the consullate accept this marraige as valid bcoz it was done without
parental consent. There will also not be any marriage pics with all the ceremonies and will parents or relatives

How much time will it take after this marriage for us to get her visa stamped?

also do i need to get my name endorsed in her passport?

The marriage in court is valid and you just need to explain to the VO why the pics etc were not available. You can take letter from the witness for the marriage just in case and take pics in the court/registrar office.

VOs know about Indian customs and the non-acceptance of love marriages and will be fine if you can explain.
