L1A Eligibility

have been employed with this compnay for 22 months now and in between traveled for US on B1 for 10 months for the same company.

Will i be eligible to apply L1, or will the gap on B2 create any problem.

Experts pl help.

To apply for L1, you should work with the company for min 12 months.

L1A is for manager position.
L1B is for technical person.

Both visas are separate and doesn't have any impact on each other.
You are fine to go. Just your company has to prove your expertise, experience , education etc.
