I am based in Bangalore, India. I’m remote-employed by an American company called American Cargo Express since 23 Nov 2006. My salary is transferred from the US to my personal bank account in India.
We have a few agents in India, with one main/big one, thru whom we carry out all & promote our business.
I would like to discuss eligibility of L1 in my case as my company would like me to move to work at the office in LA.
