Green card on L1

Hello Senior memebers,
I am working on L1 and would like to know following-
1. When can I apply for Green card as i have been working on L1 from last 1 year?
2. Can I apply for my Green card by myself(mean through my attorney) or should I have to go through my current Employer?
3. How long it take to get EAD? Can i start working for another employer once I get EAD or should I have to stick to same Employer untill I get Green Card?

You obviously do not understand the green card process since an employment based green card must be sponsored by an employer for whom you intend to work. Go read the USCIS documents as it is far to complex to walk you through the process on a forum.
