Need help on my L1..plZZ

Hi,

Iam on L1B visa in US with company A. I have got my visa till 2010. But my project is decided to move resources offshore. But i want to stay here. If i couldnt find any project with company A in US,

1. Will any other company recruit me?
2. Do u know any company/cnsultancy that will sponsor L1?
3. Any other options for me to stay and work in US?

Plz help me.. iam in desperate need..

No, but if your L1 employer has another project in US they can transfer you there.

You need to have H1b to get recruited by another employer. You may apply one in next year's quota.

2. Do u know any company/cnsultancy that will sponsor L1?
You need to find sponsors by yourself.


3. Any other options for me to stay and work in US?

Note that, your stay becomes illegal after the date your L1 project goes off.
