L1-Stamping Very Urgent !!!>>>

My L1 alredy expired on Nov-29-2008, and i have a valid extention approval till Nov-2010 (I797). I am planning a trip to india for vaccation in April.

So myself and my spouse needs to get the new renewal stamped in our passports. Is any chanceof rejection if we have a valid renewal with us, since due the ecnomic issues.

Please give a reply, so that we can plan accordingly.

Thank You. Do i need to carry any addional proof aprt from the madatory req, to prove my Job in US. Beacuse one of my friend was telling 2 rejection cases for just stamping.

So i am getting confused, thinking whether i need to go to india or not. Can my wife stamp the visa with out the priliminary applicant, is it possible ?

Have you heard about any of these rejections ?
