L1 Extension in USA - Senior Plz reply

Hi Senior,
Please let me know L1 Extension is same as H1B extension once it is filed with uscis. Can
anyone stay in usa with L1 visa expiry dates in passport..

1. having only Tracking id of fedex as reference for L1 extension doc sent to USCIS?

2. Whether it changes once we get EAD number?

L1 and EAD? Your post doesn't make sense. Talk to your HR as they should clarify your concerns.
