1. Am on L1A visa through company A. my L1 visa is expiring in Nov 2009.
am planning to apply for L1 extension in Aug 2009. and company B applied for H1B visa in 2010 cap.
a. Is there any problem to my L1 extension since H1B also in process?
b. whether company A will come to know about my H1B process in any means?? I dont want comapany A to come to know about my H1B process.
c.Now am planning not switch my job since situation is not good. Is there any problem in continuing with company A even after getting H1B approval through B?
