    H1 and L1 time lag required?

    Hi,
    One of my friend's H1 extension was denied.

    does any one know how much time does it take for the appeal process result.


    If the person has to file for a L1, should he/she wait for any amount of time before L1 can be filed. ie should be there be lag between the h1 denial and filing for L1.
