Hi
Can non technical person (eg., M.Com) can apply and get L1 Visa or is there any restriction in that like only BE computer science ppl only can get

L1 is for intra-company transfer, wherein if your company has branch in US and you're required to work there, then your Indian branch can apply for your L1, no matter what your qualification is.

But now a days, we see this mainly for IT companies.
