Whether Qualification of 10+3 academics a showstopper for L1/H1?

Hi,
I work for a MNC in Bangalore,Karnataka,India. My mother company (HQ) is intrested in my candidature & willing to sponsor a L1/H1 visa for my employment in USA.

I have a 13 years of academic education in India i.e. 10 (SSLC) + a 3 year diploma.I would like to know:
1. whether my qualification stands a show-stopper for visa processing?
2. Also would like to know how difficult it is to get a L1/H1 at this point of economic climate?

I appreciate any help or information asap about my quesries listed above.

2. Not very difficult as long as you have complete documentation. Many people still getting visa.
