Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to ask you some question about how to apply for L1 visa via company.
I have a company in United Arab Emirates ( 3 years old company) in field of Tread in computer network hardware and software . aslo I am a shareholder in a company in USA from 2007 with 400,000 $ share each share 0.001c.
Also I have registered a company in Nevada couple of days ago to expand our business in USA in field of Telecommunication services such as a long distance services and prepaid calling system.
I would like to know how It could be possible for me to get L1 visa as executive category to stay in USA and manage our business from local.
I am already in USA with B Visa and my visa will be finish on April 16 2010. My nationality is Iranian with residency on United Arab emirates Dubai.
My qualification is bachelor of since in computer networks and system security from UK 2001 with GPA 3.75 from 4.
