I have the following query.
My fiancé’s L1B individual petition got expired in the month of Oct2009.She was in USA till May 2009. She never applied for an extension. She works for TCS and is right now in India. Can she immediately apply for a new L1B blanket visa or she needs to wait till Oct 2010.
