    DS-160: Salary details

    Is this the "fixed" component of your income (excluding shares/bonuses) before tax deductions?

    Whatever is there in your tax returns would be mentioned there (normally it will include bonuses, but not shares).

      So in my case, RSU grants are mentioned in my salary slips and in tax returns.
