I am right now on L1A visa after starting a new company here and the 194 is valid for about 4 more weeks and the extension yet to be filed.
Only doubt concerning the approval of extension is not yet hiring the number of employees as stated in the business plan.
I am also considering marrying my girlfriend who is a citizen and file for greencard directly on the basis of marriage. But would that be suggested taken into consideration the short period of time left for filing extension.
If yes, what is the process to be followed?
