L2 EAD case transferred

Hi,
i see a status update on my L2 EAD renewal today after 78 days of waiting which now says case was transferred and new office has jurisdiction. Does this mean that the processing will start fresh at the new service center?
Did anyone receive this status change for your EAD processing?

I'm sorry that I don't have an answer for you, but I was wondering if you could shed some light on a question I have.
It seems you already have an L2 and an EAD that you're renewing.

What was the timeframe for the L2 to be given to you after the process started?
What about the first EAD?

Yes, i do have an L2 which is set to expire on april 13th 2019. So, i have applied for my L2 EAD renewal based on my L2 receipt notice along with my spouse receipt notice which is under extension too.
I got my first EAD duration same as my spouse(L1 applicant) petition duration.

Where was the case before? And where is it transferred to?

It was in california service center, now it is being moved to Texas.

Yes , My case was approved last week and I received my card 3 days back. It took 90 days overall for my renewal

Attorneys have filed my EAD renewal based on approved petition. We went to India for visa renewal and applied ead after coming back.
